Breakfast Diet Recipes: Calories-400

Barley Topped with Banana and Sunflower Seed [calories-400]

½ cup cooked pearl barley
1 banana
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon honey

In a large bowl, combine the cooked barley and heat it in the microwave. Slice the banana into small circles. Now remove the bowl from the microwave and top it with sliced banana, sunflower seeds and a tablespoon of honey. You cannot ask for a better way to start the day.
